So the new windows 10 creator edition update is now hitting the streets and already it seems that Microsoft are wanting even more data from your computer. However this time they are at least being honest with what they are collecting and have released a document that tells you directly the amount of info they want from you. There also seems to be some issues with them resetting your apps to the default like making Microsoft edge browser the default again if you use Firefox or chrome etc and resetting other apps back to Microsoft ones in an attempt it seems to push you into submission into accepting their apps instead of other ones so they can push their advertising on you. There is something you can do though to help bring back control to your pc and that's use the program i said about before in my first post on this blog, if you haven't read it go check it out and help protect your own info on your machine and don't let whoever at Microsoft get it. The update is more like a whole new operating system than just an update and takes about the same amount of time to install. I have just updated to it so i will use it for a week or so and then report back what i have found. In the meantime you will be offered this update at some point in the next few days or maybe weeks as Microsoft now stagger updates to lighten the bandwidth they have to use. It's funny as my windows 10 phone got the update before my pc and laptop so i have been able to use the mobile version for a couple of days and so far it's ok but like i said I'll report back when i have used it a bit more
