Deadly Camping light with 240v and USB charger, dont use it or it could kill you

These camping lamps are quite popular now on eBay and other sites and they seem quite useful as they have a torch type lamp and a hanging lamp for use in your tent, plus they have a USB charger and solar charger on the top for recharging when you are out camping and not near a socket but the circuits inside dont exactly make it very safe, i wouldnt use one of these if i had one and here is why.
